Hi. My name is Rob and I am the manager of a small Pizza Hut in Dallas, Texas. I decided (at the request of an employee) to devote this entire site to better educate consumers (namely YOU) on the proper way to order a pizza. Why? There are several reasons. First of all, I am sick and tired of talking to FREAKING IDIOTS on the phone. Seriously, most of you out there should NOT be allowed to own a phone, much less call me and pester me with STUPID questions, comments, etc. The following are actual situations I have encountered while serving my time at Pizza Hut.
